Check in inside Jan’z. If we’re out on the park, scan the QR code on the check-in sign.

Up the lane by Jan’z
After checking in, drive up the lane on the left of Jan’z, over the speed bump.

Keep going straight up the lane.

Blue sign: turn left
At the top, turn left at the little blue sign.

Second left, by the toilets
Take the second left, at the blue arrow on the fence, just before the toilet and shower block. The camping field is ahead.
Your pitch
- On the grass, your pitch number is on both fences, at the car end.
- On the hardstanding, your pitch number is at the back of your space.
Please keep to 5mph on the park.

Tent
Pitch in the middle, between the fences. Keep your guy lines inside your pitch. Park your car side on, at the end.
Caravan, no awning
Set up in the middle, between the two fences. Park your car side on, in front of the hitch.
Caravan with an awning
Keep the caravan and awning together in the middle, between the fences. Park your car side on, below the awning.
Motorhome, no awning
Park on the pitch you booked: the hardstanding is the open gravel area by the toilet block. Park in the middle, at the same angle.
Motorhome with an awning
Keep the motorhome and awning together in the middle, at the same angle. A car you tow behind it goes in the gravel parking area, not on the pitch.
Campervan with a drive away awning
Campervans can use the grass or the hardstanding. Put the awning by your sliding door, with the van and awning in the middle. Leave room to drive out.
Extra cars
Extra cars don’t go on your pitch. Park them here, at the back of the gravel parking area by the toilet block. One vehicle is included and parks on your pitch. With a caravan, that’s the car that tows it. A second car, a car towed behind a motorhome, or a trailer is £5 a night.

- Quiet time is 11pm to 8am. Keep music, voices and cars to a minimum.
- Keep your dog on a lead at all times, everywhere on the park.
- Extra vehicles don’t go on your pitch. Park them at the back of the gravel parking area by the toilet block.

Arriving and pitching
- Check in from 1pm. Please don’t go onto your pitch before then, unless we have agreed it.
- On the grass, your pitch number is on both fences, at the car end. Set up in the middle.
- Motorhomes park on the pitch they booked. The hardstanding is the open gravel area by the toilet block. In wet weather we may move a motorhome off the grass.
Cars and driving
- One vehicle is included, and it parks on your pitch. A second car, a car towed behind a motorhome, or a trailer is £5 a night. Add them in the app, or tell us.
- No heavy commercial vehicles.
- Don’t charge electric cars from your hook-up or any park socket, or we may cut the supply and end the stay.
Quiet and behaviour
- Antisocial or drunken behaviour is not tolerated. Anyone upsetting other guests will be asked to leave straight away, with no refund.
- No more people than you booked for. No hen, stag or party groups.
- Visitors need our OK first.
- The lead guest is responsible for everyone in the party, and for any damage they cause, including mess in the showers.
Children
- Children under 12 must be supervised at all times, and need a responsible adult with them in Jan’z and in the toilet block.
- Children must be supervised by an adult at the play area.
Dogs
- Dogs are welcome, and they stay free.
- Clean up after your dog straight away.
- No dogs in the toilet and shower block, including its entrances and covered areas.
Toilets and showers
- Open 24 hours. Please leave them as you found them, and tell us if anything needs attention.
Barbecues and rubbish
- Barbecues and fire pits must be raised off the grass. In very dry weather, no fires at all.
- Use the bins and recycling point. Don’t leave rubbish on your pitch or in shared areas.
Leaving
- Check out by 11am, and leave your pitch as you found it, clear for the next guest.
- Want to leave later? Ask us first, or we may charge an extra night.
