Photos of Broadfield Farm Holiday Park

A family-run caravan park and campsite on the edge of Saundersfoot, Pembrokeshire. Here is the park from the air, the camping field, the holiday homes, the toilets and showers, the play area and Jan'z. Saundersfoot beach is about a 23 minute walk along the main road, or about a 10 minute walk through Saundersfoot Bay woods down to Glen Beach.

The park from the air

Broadfield sits on the edge of Saundersfoot, with the village, the beach and Carmarthen Bay just beyond.

  • Broadfield Farm from the air on a sunny day: touring caravans and holiday homes in the front, Saundersfoot village behind, and the sandy beach and the sea of Carmarthen Bay beyond.
  • The whole park from the air at sunset: the camping field in the front, rows of caravans and holiday homes behind, and green fields and hedges all around.

The camping field and pitches

Grass pitches for tents, touring caravans and campervans, and gravel hardstanding for motorhomes, each with a 10 amp hook-up.

  • The camping field from the air: tents, touring caravans, campervans and motorhomes on grass pitches around a gravel track, with Saundersfoot and the sea behind.
  • The hardstanding area at Broadfield: a wide, open gravel area with a wooden rail fence along one side, electric hook-up points and a pitch number on the fence, and the grass camping field behind it.

Holiday homes

Holiday homes on their own pitches around the park.

  • Holiday homes on the park in the sunshine, many with wooden decking, set on wide lawns with cars parked beside them.

The children's play area

Wooden play towers with slides, looking out over Carmarthen Bay.

  • The wooden play towers in golden evening light, with their pointed roofs, a red slide and a wooden fence in front.

Toilets, showers and washing up

The toilets and showers are refurbished and open 24 hours, and step-free inside, with a ramp up to the doors.

  • Inside the toilet and shower block: a long row of four white basins under lit mirrors on a turquoise wall, with a hairdryer on the wall and the cubicles on the left.
  • The toilet and shower block from outside: a long blue building with a covered walkway and a wooden ramp up to the doors, beside a gravel yard.
  • Inside the block: a row of shower and toilet cubicles, one with a shower curtain, and basins along the wall on the right.
  • Three white basins under lit mirrors, with a hairdryer and a hand dryer on the wall.
  • The washing up room: two stainless steel sinks on a steel stand, under a roof, with wooden walls and lights.
  • The drinking water tap on a wooden wall under a roof, with a green sign above it saying Drinking water.
  • The grey waste point: a low drain with a hose, under a wooden shelter with a sign saying Grey Waste.

Jan'z Restaurant and BB's Bar

On the park, a short walk from your pitch.

  • BB's Bar at Jan'z: a wooden bar with a row of beer taps, glasses hanging above and fairy lights along the beams.
  • A Sunday roast at Jan'z by the open fire: a plate with a Yorkshire pudding, a jug of gravy, dishes of vegetables and cauliflower cheese, and a glass of red wine.
  • Rotisserie chicken and chips at Jan'z: half a chicken with a basket of chips, cheesy garlic bread and a pot of sauce.
