Using these terms

These terms apply when you use our websites, broadfield.farm and janz.farm. By using them you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our websites.

Bookings, orders and vouchers have their own terms

• Camping and touring stays: our camping terms. You agree to them when you book.
• Jan'z tables, takeaway orders and special nights: the Jan'z booking and ordering terms.
• Gift vouchers: the gift voucher terms.
• Holiday homes and seasonal pitches: your licence agreement with us.
• Texts from us: our SMS terms.

If one of those terms says something different from this page, those terms apply to that booking, order or voucher.

Information on our websites

We keep our websites up to date, but prices, availability, opening times and menus can change. The price and details shown when you pay, and in your confirmation, are the ones that count.

Using our websites properly

Please do not misuse our forms, live chat, booking pages, the Owner Portal or the staff system. Do not try to get into any part of our systems you are not meant to, and do not send anything harmful. We may block anyone who does.

Our words and photos

The words, photos and logos on our websites belong to us, or we use them with permission. Where a photo belongs to someone else, we credit them next to it. Please ask us before copying them for anything other than your own personal use.

Links to other websites

Links to other websites, such as Google Maps, Tripadvisor or local attractions, are there to help you. We are not responsible for those websites or what they say.

Our responsibility to you

• If we break these terms or do not use reasonable care, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.
• We do not exclude or limit our responsibility where the law does not allow it. This includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our staff, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your legal rights as a consumer, for example under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Our websites are for personal use. We are not responsible to a business for loss of profit, loss of business or business interruption.
